JOB DESCRIPTION

Salt Meat Cheese is looking for big & bright personalities to bring our established restaurant & bar to life! We believe that staff are what makes a place truly special, so if you want to be valued for your contribution we would love to have you on our team. With the best cocktails and Italian-inspired food that takes you to Italia, this is the place to thrive. 

Our bar team serve everything from beers to cocktails and we have a wide range bottles from our wine list for our main restaurant and our roof top spaces. We are looking to grow our team to help expand our service and deepen our team's knowledge on all things beverage!

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Bring to the table:

  • A sound knowledge on bar skills & spirits/cocktails
  • A big, bright and killer personality
  • 1 years+ experience 
  • Passion & drive to improve yourself and others around you
  • A genuine love of customer-focused service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full working rights 
  • Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts
