The Role… 

We have an exciting new opportunity at eRemo Restaurant. As the Cocktail Bartender/Mixologist, you will be an integral part of delivering our dining experience to our guests, whether it be for a conference, leisure group or for our dining offering.

About Eremo Restaurant.

Spicers Guesthouse has a rich history in the heart of Australia’s oldest wine region, the Hunter Valley. This reborn Hunter Valley institution embraces a classic yet contemporary design, drawing inspiration from the natural colour palette of the surrounding landscape. 

Set within the property is Éremo restaurant, offering a thoughtfully created modern Italian menu. It wouldn’t be the Hunter Valley without a comprehensive wine list, including some of the region’s best vintages. Guests can dine in the restaurant, or on our alfresco terrace and take in the views over the surrounding areas.

Here's what you'll do…

• Showcase our dining offering to our guests with a passionate narration of dish components.
• Suggest beverage options according to guests preferences.
• Curating an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish.

This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role...

• Prior experience in a high end restaurant environment. 
• A passion for food & wine.
• Ability and willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• A passion for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature.
• Ability to balance and create cocktails - Basic and custom creations 
• Must be available 7 days a week
• Must have a drivers licence and mode of transport due to location.
