JOB DESCRIPTION

Sweetwater Rooftop Bar are on the hunt for Bartenders to join the team!

Sweetwater serves up thirst-quenching cocktails and delicious dishes in a sunny and sophisticated garden rooftop bar in East Fremantle. Adding to the burgeoning Freo food scene, Sweetwater’s head chef Leigh Power’s Asian-inspired share plates pack a punch. The diversity of flavours is influenced by seasonal produce and a focus on substance with plenty of options to cater to any dietary requirements. REQUIREMENTS

What we need

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Front of House
  • Valid RSA
  • Cocktail Experience required
  • Previous experience in a fast paced environement
  • Has a passion for the industry and are committed to a successful career in hospitality
  • Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude always
  • Enjoys working with others in a team environment
  • Possesses exceptional customer service and presentation skills
  • Has both restaurant and bar service experience
  • Thrives under pressure
  • Maintaining and exceeding overall minimum standard
