Emporium Hotel South Bank is a boutique hotel, offering development in Food & Beverage Management, working with industry leaders, on-the-job training and career progression for those who shine!

The Terrace is the heartbeat of our 5-star hotel, with sweeping skyline city views, it can be transported into a fully open-air rooftop bar and more recently, has launched its own boutique beer! In 2019, The Terrace Rooftop Bar was awarded “Best Boutique Bar in Queensland” at the Queensland Hotels Association awards.  Open from 11am til’ late, 7 days a week, it is always Dine-O’ clock at The Terrace. Hospitality superstars with the right attitude will thrive in this exciting and invigorating environment!

• Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail;
• The ability to work a 7-day roster;
• Strong communication skills and highly developed organisational skills;
• The ability to think on your feet and a solution focused approach to problem solving;
• A willingness to learn and grow and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver Exquisite Experiences for our guests, every time, every shift!
• Hold a current RSA Certificate
• Barista experience is favourable
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
