JOB DESCRIPTION

At Teddy's we are currently looking for an experienced bartender to join our family!  We are an independant restaurant situated inside the Harbord Diggers.

We have circa 20-30 hours available with an immediate start.

Cocktail making experience is essential, a good can-do attitude, a fun personality and enthusiasm to perform well. There may be some stock take and organisation work, cocktail preparation work, so could be an ideal role for someone looking to upskill.

At Teddy's next level personal service is what we strive for, and having fun within the team whilst we work.

Minimum expectation is that you know the core basic classic cocktails off the top of your head, you are passionate about serving a well crafted drink, and you have availability on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays.

We provide regular wine, signature cocktail, and food training, pay Award Level 2 rates + super and you receive a share of the tips.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Must possess current NSW RSA and have cocktail experience.  Coffee experience preferred.
