JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate Bartender to join our newly opened Restaurant Fish Face, located in the heart of Balgowlah. 

As a member of our team, you will have a strong Customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks in an busy environment!

What you'll be doing:

  • Have full knowledge of our beverage list and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
  • Create cocktails
  • Serve beer, wine, champagne and spirits
  • Ensure the bar is stocked at all times
  • Setup/close the bar
  • Maintain the bar area cleanliness
  • Accurately open and/or cash-up & print reports
