What We're Looking For- Someone to help out during our peak service hours who can demonstrate: *Great communication and customer service skills. *The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. *Knowledge of basic cocktails, wines & beers *Ability to work with the team to ensure the bar setup or close down is done efficiently *A positive, team-oriented attitude. What You'll Do: *Greet & talk with customers whilst taking their drinks order. *Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks. *Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. *Restock bar supplies and keep inventory up to date. *Handle cash and card transactions accurately. *Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service. *Ensure that the tables in floor area are kept clean & glassware is collected
