About the role

We are looking for experienced, motivated cocktail bartenders to join our team.

The right applicant must:

• Must have excellent knowledge of making both modern, classic and contemporary cocktails
• Good understanding of Food & Beverage
• Have a sound understanding of wines
• Fast paced with a sense of urgency
• Must be Customer Focused and a Team Player
• Flexible for other tasks at times
• An essential part of the role is to Smile, Have Fun and Enjoy Yourself!
• Can work well with a large team (Yes, you hear this all the time – This is the most important one, outside of giving great service)
• Has the ability to tackle challenges with a positive attitude and NEVER sweats the small stuff!
• Would LOVE to grow with the QT Brand (As we are Expanding…)

• 2-3 years' experience

Skills & experience  

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role as a restaurant section waiter
• The ability to work under pressure in a busy and dynamic restaurant
• Passion for culinary excellence 
• Experience with silver service is not necessary but is recommended 
• Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills
• Sound knowledge of current food trends
• A solid understanding of wine and service
