JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team at Mr L’s Bar and Restaurant.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic bartender to join our team in the Atrium, delivering exceptional drink service in a lively and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and wines

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience

Manage the bar area in the Atrium, keeping it clean and well-organized

Restock supplies and assist with inventory management

Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards

 

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a bartender

Expertise in mixing cocktails and knowledge of wines and spirits

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Availability for evening and weekend shifts

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bartender
Bar Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

RSA Certification: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Experience: Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a busy bar or restaurant setting.


Cocktail Knowledge: Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, with the ability to mix and serve drinks to a high standard.


Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.


Multitasking Ability: Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple orders.


Attention to Detail: Precision in drink preparation, with a focus on presentation and accuracy.


Team Player: Ability to work well with other staff members, including waitstaff and kitchen personnel.


Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
