Zarraffa's Coffee Cleveland, Victoria Point and Capalaba have positions available for baristas to join their team. Zarraffa's Coffee focuses on training their team and provide the necessary tools to effectively carry out their roles. Barista responsibilities will include but not limited to, customer servive, drink production, cashing orders, cleaning, other duties as directed.
Candidates should possess the following attributes.
Cofident and well spoken.
Outgoing and not afraid of fun and hard work.
Impeccable presentation and personal hygiene.
Thrive on working in a fast paced team environment.
Honesty and Integrity.
Casual and part time positions available with 15-25 hours per week. A seven day flexibility is required, including weekends, late nights and early mornings. previous experience is an advantage, but not necessary.
