About the role;
You will be working closely with our current front of house team and owners. We are constantly growing and looking to add to our great team. We offer excellent working conditions, a great atmosphere and enforce a true work / life balance. This role is a casual role with the expectation of some weekend work. You can expect 25-35 hrs a week. More if you need.
Full and ongoing training provided.
Day to day tasks;
Making coffee
Latte art
Adjusting the grind
Taking orders
Running and doing dishes if needed
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
2 years minimum experience as a barista in a fast paced environment
Positive attitude and passion for delivering superior service
Excellent communication skills
Australian citizen or valid long term working visa
