JOB DESCRIPTION

Applejack Hospitality Group operate some of Sydney’s coolest Bars, Restaurant and Cafes. These include;

The Butler Potts Point, Bopp & Tone, Sydney CBD, The Endeavour Tap Rooms, The Rocks, The Botanist Kirribilli, Socal Neutral Bay, & The Foresters Surry Hills.

Working in a team of passionate hospitality professional you'll be responsible for creating memorable experience and delivering amazing service to visiting guests. Whether it be working on the floor, behind the bar, in the café, or in the kitchen your goal is to go over and above what required to deliver an exceptional offering and friendly environment for staff and customers.

June's Shoppe

Bringing sunshine to Wynyard! June’s Shoppe is a light-hearted, bright yellow takeaway coffee shop located in the heart of the city, within the Wynyard Precinct where Bopp & Tone is also located. On the menu is a selection of hot drinks including coffee from Gabriel Roasters, and cold drinks such as Kombucha, cold pressed juices and coconut waters. Beautiful but simple eats include pastries, toast and Toppers.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years’ Barista Experience 
  • The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
  • Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
  • Currently using Gabriel coffee
    La Marzocco Linea PB 4 group 
    EK grinder with selected single origin
    Mythos1 (dosing each coffee)
  • 10kg of coffee per day
