Soul Pantry Kitchen & Bar is expanding and looking for a FOH Barista/ all rounder to join the team! We are a cafe situated inside a beautiful Nursey/ Florist/ homewares warehouse in Stafford - Northside. This role will come with the opportunity to work across multiple venues including Newstead Social & Ling Lings bar

- Day hours only - no nights - majority out by 2:30pm

As a FOH/ Barista your role will involve and you will require. 

• Competent with coffee machine and can handle high volume.Need to know how to adjust the grinder, follow recipes and understand the complexity of producing and outstanding quality in  taste.

• In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards

• Deliver and maintain the highest standard in Branding with our lovely customers

• You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public

• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus

• You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style

• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts

• Need to be able to work autonomously
