JOB DESCRIPTION

How much do you love making coffee? If the answer is ‘so, so much’ then step this way: we’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. 

To be considered for this role, you’ll need experience in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment, passion for customer service, and a can-do attitude. Cali Press is all about creating a culture of health, so an interest in all things health, fitness, and food is a big tick for us!

 

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Barista

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
  • You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
  • You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
  • In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
