We are looking for an experienced Barista & Cafe all-rounder who enjoys being part of a fun and enthusiastic team.
Ideally, this person should be able to demonstrate the skills required and the desire to create the perfect cup every time. From expertly extracting espresso, adjusting grinders, and steaming a variety of milk for all types of coffee.
We are a small Cafe, so you will also be required to multitask, often working to serve customers, run orders, clear tables, and make other beverages like Juices, Smoothies, and Acai bowls.
A pleasant, energetic personality who enjoys engagement with customers while maintaining focus on the tasks at hand is essential.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Successful applicants must provide or complete a food safety certificate online. This is free of charge.
A minimum of 12 months experience as a Barista is ideal but not essential. If you are passionate about learning the skills and can demonstrate the basics, we can train you to become a great Barista.
Must be available weekdays from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm and Saturday mornings for between 20-38 hours a week.
