The ideal candidate will have a deep love for coffee, a warm and friendly personality, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

About you

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Barista role: Minimum 1 year barista experience
  • Retail Assistant role: Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or café environment
  • A fun, hardworking and energetic attitude towards work
  • Work well in a busy environment  
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Food safety and hygiene knowledge
  • Fast hands and an ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • A demonstrated understanding of the Merlo workplace culture
