We are seeking highly experienced Barista professionals to join the team and journey of Two Yolks Burleigh flagship store.

Immediate Start with Monday-Wednesday a must, any other days would be even better! 

Two Yolks is a burger bar in the centre of Burleigh Heads on Connor Street. Showcasing the freshest, thoughtfully sourced, high-quality and most mouth-watering menu in town! Together with signature American style smashed burgers and our signature bacon, egg & cheese breakfast burgers, our menu offers fresh juices and coffees to accompany.

Two Yolks will be operating from morning to evening 7:00am- 9:00pm, Monday- Sunday: Hours available for the right candidates.

Duties and responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Barista- coffee and beverage making
• Providing friendly, competent and efficient service
• Product knowledge of our menu and ingredients
• Monitoring front of house cleanliness and appearance
• Opening and closing store procedures as required
• Available to work weekdays/weekends and nights, public holidays

Your role may venture into FOH

• Taking orders and operating the Point of Sales System/ Eftpos.
• Online Food Ordering Systems- UberEats, Menu Log, Deliveroo
• End of Day cash up

Skills and experience

• 1-2 years of experience in Barista role is mandatory
• Coffee Superstar!
• RSA advantageous
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Friendly and can-do attitude
