We are serious about our coffee. We offer our staff a dynamic and professional working environment with many learning and development opportunities. Our coffee partner Lavazza work closely with our barista team to provide training and ongoing mentorship.

 Our Barista staff receive Lavazza accredited barista training giving you a professional edge.

You will be working directly with the Head Barista and Bar Manager to maintain a consistent, high-level quality coffee experience. You will also work closely alongside our Junior Barista staff and can possibly take on a mentoring role as we are a very close team.

You must have the right to work in Australia. You must have the required vaccination status.

The successful applicant must be:

• Experience in a busy, high volume cafe is essential
• Fast on the machine, yet not willing to compromise on quality.
• Must be confident
• Strong communicator
• Work as part of a team
• Knowledge of dialing in recipes
• Adjusting the brewing parameters
• Working with volumetrics are desirable as we are a very busy environment.
• We work with 2 La Cimbali 4 group M-100 machines and utilise a Juggler tap system.
   

Working in a 7 day week operation, the successful candidate must be flexible, willing to work nights, weekdays, weekends and public holidays covering morning, afternoon and evenings, 38 hours over 5 days.
