Seeking an experienced barista to join our team at Sons of Mary in Brighton and Brown Cow in Hampton. Working with La Marzocco KB90, Puqpress & Mazzer Electronic grinders, we have a strong morning clientele doing approximately 40-50kg a week.
Located 50m from Gardenvale and Hampton Stations respectively on the Sandringham line, our venues are ideal for easy commuters from CBD and surrounds.
We require quality, fast & efficient coffee making with the ability to prioritise orders to most effectively deliver a great coffee to our friendly clientele.
Opportunities to up skill and develop are available through our Roasters, 5Senses who offer a variety of courses from roasting to cold drip and everything in between.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Minimum 2 years experience in busy cafe delivering great texture, consistant and effective service. Venue tshirt and apron supplied.
