Locations required - Marrickville

We are looking for an energetic, customer serviced focused & experienced Barista with at least 2 years experience as a main / head Barista. 

• You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
• 2 years experience as a main / head barista level. 
• Take ownership of the day to day runnings of the coffee station and stock
• You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
• You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
• In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
• Hospitality experience
• Experienced coffee and latte art skill
• Passion for the service industry and an interest in food/baking/artisan bread/pastry/coffee
• Can-do attitude is essential
• Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community environment
• Can work quickly and efficiently
• Punctual, well-presented & safety conscious
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Some early morning starts (6 am)
• Weekend work 1 day over the weekend and mid week availability
