• Engage customers in meaningful conversations about our premium coffee offerings, sharing insights into origins, flavour profiles, and brewing techniques to enhance their coffee knowledge and appreciation.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to stringent hygiene and safety protocols. 
• Regularly calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Supporting team and communication to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Cultivate a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, providing attentive and personalised service to build and maintain regular customer base.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Contribute to the overall ambiance of our coffee shop by assisting with tasks such as organising displays and maintaining an inviting environment.
