JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a busy cafe/bar seeking a competent and experienced Senior Barista / Bar Attendant to join our team. Applicants preferably have worked in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment and are used to making a variety of beautiful coffees while also being skilled in bar service, simple cocktails, smoothies, wine, beer and spirit service.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
  • You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
  • You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
  • In addition to working behind the coffee machine and bar, you may be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
