JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for a skilled barista with significant experience to start from 15 February. This will include open to close shifts, some weekend work. The role, whilst primarily to pour coffees and make other drinks, is also a part of the wider team and will be expected to run food, or help with other FOH tasks as required and when not busy.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work solo from the start without training, other than specific to this venue.
Must be able to adjust grinder and understand flow times
Must be able to pour latte art with silky milk
Must be able to perform to a high level
Must be able to take orders from customers
Must be able to engage as a team member and help the floor as needed
Must have RSA
