About the role

As Barback you will report directly to the Bar Manager and be responsible for delivering a high level of productivity, ensuring the bar team's engine is running with all the stock, glassware and equipment needed for a busy service. We are looking for an individual with any level of experience and is passionate about their progression in the hospitality industry.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Focusing on delivering fun service and take pride in your work.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned.
• Capability to run a busy area independently without compromising on quality.
• Full awareness of all bar and FOH needs, ensuring that with your help they can execute service seamlessly.
