TAPAVINO GROUP - SYDNEY CBD est 2012
Monday to Friday only (weekends off) - Casual Level 5 $31.45 ph + 2.37 after 10am. (rarely finish after 11.30pm)
33-38 hours per week
Winner of the 2014 Good Food Bar Awards, Tapavino has established itself as one of Sydney's best wine bars over the past 10 years.
We are looking for a Manager & Bar Manager to come in who has some knowledge of wine, but also have the ability to be an all rounder in the operations of the business.
With around 500 wines to work between 3 venues in Sydney’s CBD, the team at Tapavino has established itself as Sydney's leading Contemporary Spanish Restaurant Group, however, little or no experience in Spanish cuisine or Spanish Wine will not count against your application.
We also have a positions currently available waitstaff & Sommelier. Full time hours or Casual Level 5 fairwork restaurant award.
With The boarders opening to overseas tourists and the workers coming back into the city, we need to strenghten the team, as it has been operating on skeleton staff for a number of months
The senior team work closely with the owner, who also works in all restaurants on any given day. This helps keep the high standards of food and service that is expected from management and also the people that visit us.
Tapavino venues are busy and fast pace restaurants, that has a mixed of corporate business diners during the week and discerning patrons on the weekend and great tips.

Responsibilities
This is a full time salary position for the right candidates.
Good section waiters are also moved into Salary positions after 4 weeks learning the ropes.
We always ensure our staff have two consecutive days off, and there is flexibility in your roster. (No Weekend work)
You must have full Australian work rights for this position.
We are happy to look for sponsorship transfer for those to secure employment.
