At The Brew Baron Beer Company, we aim to have high quality, great tasting, wide variety of beers, spirits and foods available. We provide a comfortable, relaxing and entertaining atmosphere where our patrons can enjoy a great experience, and one that they’ll return to enjoy over and over. A fundamental part of this great customer experience is having great quality beer, spirits, food and atmosphere, which represent the outputs of our employees’ efforts. As such, we’re looking for employees to help us deliver this great customer experience.

We’re new to craft beer brewing and have recently acquired Parched West End Craft Brewery, which is a medium-sized craft brewery with two levels and some newly constructed outdoor decks. As new owners and operators, we’re in the process of re-branding the business, installing new technology and capabilities, and seeking to re-create a great atmosphere for people to come and enjoy great beer, spirits and food. If you love craft beer and want to be part of an exciting new brand re-launch, and you meet the below criteria, apply now!

Responsibilities

  • Comply with the brew pub’s liquor licence, and other regulations, such as maintaining noise levels, providing a safe and secure environment, managing disorderly or intoxicated patrons, facilitating transport for departing patrons, only trading during licenced hours, etc.

  • Be friendly, supportive and a mentor to colleagues, to aid their development and career progression
  • Be innovative, creative and customer-focussed in providing a great customer experience
