Bar Supervisor / Senior Bartender - PPT Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

1st Edition is the place to celebrate pop culture while enjoying great food and drinks with great people. An indoor venue with a wrap-around bar and seating, where you can watch our super bartender make your favorite cocktail while our highly qualified chefs prepare your delicious food.

We are on the hunt for a Senior Bartender / Bar Supervisor to lead our small team. 

The position requires someone with great banter and a sense of humour,  who can work autonomously, roll up their sleeves, run a small team, and be able to manage the bar and jump into basic food service if required. 

Regular shifts of Wednesday - Sunday 5.30pm - 11pm (flexible options available)

Bartender
Cocktail Bartender
Bar Manager
Bar Supervisor
Food & Beverage Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Flexible multitasking skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to work on a rostered shift basis and able to cover shifts when needed
  • A team player
  • Empathy and the will to help others
  • Full working rights
  • QLD RSA and RMLV essential
