JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Do you love bar work, but not the hours?

Would you like the tools to run a professional bar?

We are looking for our next Bar Supervisor!

 

Palermo Melbourne takes the best flavours of Argentina and Italy to provide a rustic yet premium dining experience. Our custom build parrilla grill and fire pit are the focal point of our menu and our bar champions some of the best malbec and Barolos in town! As a bar supervisor you will manage the day-to-day running of the bar, create inspired beverages and mentor a small team. You can enjoy a 4-day week (if you choose) and a mix of day and night shifts, with restaurant finish times.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a reputable venue. 

Supervisor or management experience advantageous

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
