About the Roles

• Wait Staff need to manage a full section and provide all customers with efficient, attentive & accurate service
• Providing menu recommendations & up-selling additional items
• Providing personalised service & building relationships with customers
• Casual, full time, part time available 
• Bar Staff - mixing/shaking/pouring drinks from our exceptional drink offering. Maintaining a clean,well presented service area at all times. 

In order to be successful, you will: 

• Have excellent knowledge of food and wine
• full working rights within Australia required
• Possess outstanding customer service skills and be well equiped to deal with challenging customers
• Be confident in up selling
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Perform to a high level in a fast paced environment
• Be punctual and reliable
• Appear professional and well groomed
• Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
• Have a current RSA
