The Venue

The popular Totti’s brand is coming to the Inner West! Merivale’s 3 weeds, in Rozelle, is currently under refurbishment and is due to open in the next few months. This brand new -venue will be multi-faceted, featuring the original 3 weeds pub, restaurant, wine bar, and a dedicated dessert bar to satisfy those sweet cravings. Headed up by Mike Eggert, this new branch of the much-loved local Italian eatery, Totti’s, will be doing what it does best, offering enjoyable, simple, and delicious Italian food.

The Opportunity 

We are looking for experienced Bartenders to drive success through excellent service. If you are passionate, driven and take pride in going above and beyond for guests every day, then this is the role for you! Having at least a year’s experience in a high-end restaurant and similar position!

This is an opportunity to take your passion and knowledge to the next level. If you have relevant experience in high-end restaurants, bistros or pubs, and passion and enthusiasm for providing an authentic experience for our guests, then we would love to hear from you.
