Palmer & Co is looking for new Bar Staff to join their team! (Multiple Positions Available)

The Venue

Tucked down an alley and hidden underground, Palmer & Co. is a time warp to the era of prohibition with its bootleggers, sly-groggers and the like. The 1920s-style clandestine bar serves up an extensive and ever-changing menu of spirits and unique, specially crafted cocktails using the finest seasonal ingredients.

The Role

We are searching for our next generation of Bar Staff to join this close team. We are after people who are serious about their craft, so ideally you will join this team already well-versed on cocktails, with a relentless passion for creating new and inspiring flavour combinations.
To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Experience in high volume, fast paced bars
• Commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience
• Flexible availability (Please note: this is a late-night venue with 3am finishes)

We are looking for:

• Bar Backs
• Bartenders
• Floor Staff
