You will be responsible for providing customer service in the Great Room through adopting the Holiday Inn Express brand service standards and True Hospitality service, ensuring a unique guest experience. Adhering to the Holiday Inn Express brand standards and local government regulations concerning the service of alcohol, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering a range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
Maintain all procedures and adheres to them within the Pro-invest Hotels Group and IHG guidelines; with particular with emphasis on RSA, HACCP and Food Safety.
