About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team at Hawker Hall. 


RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bar Manager
Bar Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

The Ideal Candidate Must Have: 

  • Demonstrated experience in bar management
  • In depth cocktail and spirit knowledge
  • Wine knowledge and experience is advantageous
  • Leadership skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A ability and desire to mentor and lead 
  • Must be able to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and/or closing shifts
