Set on the ground floor of Oxford House is Busby’s – our brunch spot by Day and Moody Vinyl Bar by night. Boasting a stellar wine list, Busby’s menu is made for sharing and showcases trendy European inspired plates. Busby’s is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
The opportunity has become available for an experienced Bar Manager to oversee and lead multiple bars at Oxford House!
The Role
As Bar Manager, your role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations Oxford House's beverage operations including Busby's & The Pool Bar.
The role will involve all of the Bar Management essentials including the day to day running of the shift, creating seasonal cocktail lists, stocktake & ordering across all outlets, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and driving guest experience.
Your creativity and passion for mixology will be ignited here and will allow you to get hands on with regular Batching, Drafting, Garnish preparation and more.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience managing high end bar operations with a procurement focus, as well as experience creating seasonal cocktail lists. Experience working with wine or an intermediate knowledge of wine would be a bonus!
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
