Becketts in Glebe is on the hunt for a Bar Manager who's passionate about drinks and service. The restaurant is located in an old sandstone building. It's a one man dispense bar with floor staff to help out when it's busy.
Perfect position for someone who's never been a Bar Manager before and is ready to step up with the help of a very supportive team or a seasoned professional looking to make the bar their own.
You'll be working alongside a small team of dedicated professionals, working closely with our Sommelier
Our food and beverage menu is ever changing with in house printing. The cocktail menu leads with a great selection of martinis and ends with our speciality G&Ts, in-between you'll have freedom to embrace your creativity. Price is no option if the drink is great and there's no restrictions for what spirits you want to bring in.
We boast a 600 strong wine list curated by our Sommelier and have been awarded 2 wine goblets.
We're only open for 5 dinners, so you have every day off. Also, we close at midnight, so no late finishes. It's a great lifestyle job.
We will be offering $70K plus full tips, plus super, for the right person. Must have full working rights in Australia.
