We are looking for an Experienced Bar Manager to join the team.

You will be expected to be able to work across sections, maintain service standards, follow instructions and work harmoniously within the team. 

Your duties would include:

• Liase with Operations Manager and directors
• Coordinate the venue bar and operations
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently to customer complaints
• Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
• Maintain staff training
• Maintain and Oversee all compliance with OHS, Liquor Licensing and Food Safety
• Control costs and cut waste
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Development of menus and
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

• Previous proven experience in a similar role
• This job require to work actively behind the bar at least 3 days out of 5.
• This job require Saturday and Sunday to work directing and leading the team of bartenders and barbacks.
• Highly organised
• Motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Fluent in English
