Are you passionate about hospitality and lookimng to join a vibrant team? Our long-standing Greek resturnat in Brighton is expanding and we are on the look out for enthusiatic individuls to fill positions:

Full time Waiter and Full time Bar Manager  -these candidate must thrive in a busy enviroment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dinning experienecs .

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bar Manager
Waitstaff

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience is essential 
  • Must have pos knowledge
  • Be familiar with opening and closing procedures
  • Bar Manager must have experiencein make cocktails
  • Must hold a current RSA certificate 
  • Must be will to work weekends
  • Love working hospitality.


Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
