JOB DESCRIPTION

NO LATE NIGHTS!

We are looking for our next superstar Bar Manager for our beautiful rooftop venue The Fernery Mosman. With sweeping views of Sydney Harbour and the Heads, an oasis of luxurious greenery awaits. More than just your average Rooftop, the lush space comprises of eight various breakout areas, including a Gin Lounge, Urban Garden, various function spaces, multiple dining rooms and two sun drenched terraces. 

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our leadership team providing the best social experience in Mosman. This full time role offers above award salary, five weeks annual leave and great tips!

You possess the following expertise:

  • All-round cocktail making knowledge including classics
  • Ability to take control of creating seasonal cocktail menus
  • Ability to continue the great rapport we have with local breweries and wine suppliers
  • Knowledge of COGs/GP ratios and good understanding around keeping these within targets
  • Able to conduct stock takes and place accurate weekly beverage and supply orders
  • Conduct staff training and leading and nurturing our friendly, laid-back culture

We are predominately a venue that peaks during dining periods, eliminating the need for late night shifts!
