Koala Tavern is currently undergoing a $3 million renovation to revamp the venue for the local community. With a new gaming room, huge beer garden, pumping sports bar and bistro, The Koala Tavern is transforming into an entertainment oasis for the local community. This new-look Tavern will also bring a refined dining menu offering modern takes on classic Australian pub food such as schnitzels, burgers, steaks, and hot roast chicken rolls.

We are looking for hospo superstars across our Gaming, Bar, Bistro, Management and Kitchen teams, with roles for all levels of experience with multiple positions available including:

• Bartenders
• Bistro Attendants – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Valid RSA – all front-of-house positions
• RSG, AML & RMLV for Duty Manager positions
