Our Bar is inspired by the Italian love of al fresco lifestyle, the bar boasts two outdoor terraces serving up a range of Italian and local beverages. 

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bar Attendant to join us at Mr. Carpano Dining and Bar. Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Highly engaged in day to day Bar operation
• Make all beverages including Cocktails, liquor, coffee and hot beverages
• Take Food & Beverage orders
• Any other duties assigned by the F&B Manager
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
• Ensure that all responsible service of alcohol procedures are practiced at all times

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in a busy bar environment is desirable
• Genuine passion for Food & Beverage
• Proficient in POS systems and cash handling
• Positive can do & customer focused attitude
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Availability to work varied shifts including late evenings, weekends and public holidays
