Cookie is looking to add to the bar and floor team

Who we are; Cookie is located on level 1 of the infamous Curtin House. We boast a contemporary Thai restaurant, a bustling European-style beer hall, and a cute slash cheeky cocktail bar ‘round back... seeking to add a few new faces with roles available in our restaurant and behind the bar.

Being a multifaceted venue we promote and hold regular trainings across the board. Wanting to improve your beer knowledge? We got you with 28  rotating taps and a huge range of bottles. Cocktails more your thing? Our lists are seasonal and constantly evolving. Winos? We’ve got a cellar of old-world wines (some even older than yours truly) and a range of natty funky fresh drops.

Previous hospitality experience perferred but not required.  Being a part of a larger hospitality group, Cookie is committed to training and on-going coaching of our staff. We are looking for those with who enjoy hospitality and creating experiences. For the right candidate there is potential for growth within our venues.
