JOB DESCRIPTION

The Willow Hotel is offering an exciting oppotunity to become a senior member of our team. the succesful applicant will be able to work nights and weekends and have managment experience in Hospitality.

The Willow Hotel is looking for self-motivated, enthusastic, customer focused indivdual who is capable of leading a team. If you are a current Duty Manager or looking to becoming one and advancing your career, this is the position for you.

Bartender
Gaming attendant
Bar Manager
Duty Manager
Event Manager
General Manager
Restaurant Manager
Bar Supervisor
Operations Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this position you will require:

  • Experiance in all areas of the Hospitality industry.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Strong Organisational, Motivational & Conflict Resoultion Skills
  • RSA, RSG, TAB certificates required or obtained
  • RMLV and Approved Managers licence or ablity to obtain.
  • Be availible to work flexible hours accross 7 days.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical and reporting skills
  • Effective time Management and Organisational skills.
  • Basic understanding of all aspects of industry compliance and legislation will the willingness to learn more.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Demonstrated experiance in food service, bar and gaming opperations.
  • Drive to promote motivation and a positive workplace culture across all team members.
