We are currently seeking an All-rounder Manager / Supervisor to become an integral part of our team in the general operation of the Hotel. As a "hands-on " Manager you will be required to maintain a constant, visible physical presence in public areas during opening hours and ensure compliance with licensing laws, WHS and company policy and procedure. You will have a strong hospitality background which includes solid management experience within a busy pub environment.

As a hospitality professional, you have what it takes to be a success in this role - commitment, professionalism and dedication to perfectionism. This role offers varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

• Maintaining and exceeding customer service standards and handling any customer complaints.

• Must have worked in a similar role with experience

• Superior communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict

• A proven track record in leading a team

• A current  RSA/RCG
