JOB DESCRIPTION

Salt Bar & Bistro has some exciting new things happening in 2023! We are looking for a driven Assistant Venue Manager to support the management team in the daily operations of running the venue. The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue and exceptional customer service and presentation skills.

Food & Beverage Manager
Restaurant Manager
Shift Manager
Venue Manager
Cafe Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum two years experience in a similar venue
  • Understand and support the pub's key performance goals
  • Extensive restaurant & bar experience
  • Knowledge of TAB and wagering 
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and communicated 
  • Current NSW RSA
  • RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license - Desirable, not necessary
  • CLO - Desirable, not necessary
