As a high-growth business, Yo-Chi is the place to be if you’re looking for fast-tracked career growth. This full time Assistant Venue Leader role (38 hours per week) offers the buzz and excitement of a thriving hospitality environment, without the crazy hours.

As the Assistant Venue Leader you will be supporting the Venue Leader and running a team of 20 or so amazing team members. You’ll be trained on the job for everything from product prep and daily venue operations, through to rostering, local marketing, and reporting on your venue’s performance.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural leader who has led teams of 10+ people in a hospitality or retail business, creating a culture of teamwork and good vibes
• Experience with back of house management – including COGS, rosters and labour costs, stocktakes, and people management processes 
• Passionate about the customer journey and providing a great experience for everyone who walks through the door
• A can-do person who tackles challenges, shows resilience and is passionate – brining the Chi to everything they do!
