As a high-growth business, Yo-Chi is the place to be if you’re looking for fast-tracked career growth. This full time Assistant Venue Leader role (38 hours per week) offers the buzz and excitement of a thriving hospitality environment, without the crazy hours.
As the Assistant Venue Leader you will be supporting the Venue Leader and running a team of 20 or so amazing team members. You’ll be trained on the job for everything from product prep and daily venue operations, through to rostering, local marketing, and reporting on your venue’s performance.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
