We have an exciting opportunity at Spicers Balfour Hotel for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will be an integral part of our team, curating and delivering an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role...

  • 3 years experience in high end or hatted restaurant environment 
  • Wine knowledge and a genuine love for great food
  • Ability to lead a team to success and develop those coming up in the industry. 
  • A talent for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen in relation to running a profitable restaurant.
