About the role

You will play a key role in the opening with a clear focus on best practice, brand appreciation and team building.

• Leadership role with emphasis on developing team and culture
• Reporting to our terminal site managers

• Skills & experience

• Strong leadership skills and shift management experience to engage, lead and train team members
•  Self-driven and highly motivated individual that is looking to grow within their role
• Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Deliver individual coaching, structured training and mentoring sessions for crew members
• Lead by example with excellent customer service and working alongside your team
• Previous experience in managing quick service operations or in the hospitality industry is highly regarded
