Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards.
  • Coordinate and manage a team of enthusiastic servers, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support.
  • Monitor and maintain the ambience, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the dining area.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Interact with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Implement and enforce restaurant policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the team.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • A positive attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for the culinary world.
