JOB DESCRIPTION

Boost Juice is an iconic Australian brand built on the philosophy of “love life” with the simple goal to make healthy living, tasty and fun for our customers! 

With 580 stores across 13 different countries and counting. We are now seeking a passionate hospitality or retail leader with the positivity to lead our team of energetic Boosties, in the position of Assistant Manager! 

Reporting directly to the Store Business Manager, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the store. You will be instrumental in bringing the Boost culture alive within the team and supporting our Boosties to deliver positive experiences to each and every one of our customers!

As an Assistant Manager, your role will involve –

  • Leading your team of Boosties to live up to the Boost Values and culture.
  • Assisting the Store Business Manager in the hiring and training of the team. 
  • Implementing marketing campaigns to grow the business and delight your customers. 
  • Assisting the Store Business Manager in achieving the financial objectives of the store. 
  • Controlling purchasing costs and inventory levels
  • Maintaining operations by implementing and following policies & standard operating procedures

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?

  • Proven leadership experience either a fast-paced hospitality, or retail environment. 
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends.
  • A profound focus on customer service and driven by results.
