JOB DESCRIPTION

Situated in an iconic building in the heart of Parramatta CBD, Willo Restaurant & Bar is a stunning Lux venue offering a unique shared modern Australian menu. 

Our menu draws on the flair and inspiration of Mediterranean cuisine using Australian ingredients to create a fresh seasonally driven menu. A recent recipient of the prestigious AGFG chefs hat, Willo has quickly become the go-to destination for lunch, dinner and corporate events and continues to strive to deliver an incredible level of service and a unique culinary experience to all our guests.  

About the role 

This is an exciting role for an ambitious and dynamic, well-motivated person with a professional mindset and strong work ethic to join our management team.

Our ideal candidate will possess: 

  • High attention to detail.
  • Have an articulated knowledge of sequence of service 
  • Experience in training and guiding new staff
  • Professional communication, presentation and customer relation skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance
  • Work well under pressure, work as a team and the ability to remain calm.
  • Current NSW RSA certificate 
  • Experience working in a fine dine venue preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside venue manager in running the day-to-day operations along with functions and events. 
  •  Ensuring efficient service planning and execution through clear communication with both the FOH and BOH teams
  • Ensure sections of the venue are adequately staffed
  • Training and guiding of staff
  • Running the floor during services, ensuring all service standards are met at every guest interaction

Great work / life balance, with ability to work a flexible roster from Tuesday to Saturday.

Closed Monday & Sunday. No public holidays.
